Staff was very helpful. The facilities were in perfect conditions, everything worked and looked as advertised. It was comfortable to stay with pets, you're provided with a bed and plates for your dog in the room. Pets aren't allowed inside the restaurant, but there's a terrace outside with great views so you can still have dinner or breakfast without problems. The breakfast at the restaurant had a wide variety of food, with most of it tasting great.

- the views are unbeatable - beautiful, cozy hotel with large and comfortable rooms and bathrooms - pet friendly; they even left a welcome kit for our dog in the room which was a very nice touch - attentive staff - plenty of parking available

beautifully decorated hotel and very clean. A great decorated big room with a beautiful view to the mountains. Nice breakfast. The staff were very nice and helped us with all we needed encluding guiding and recomended places to visit. We've stayed there 2 nights and it was really hard to leave. I hope I will be able to come back and enjoy and experience it again. Everything was just exelent.

Fantastic location, very friendly staff, we needed a late check in which was accommodated without problem. The hotel is old but very well maintained & cared for. Highly recommend

Rooms were spacious, warm, very clean and comfortable. Great shower. Evening meals in the restaurant were waiter service. Enjoyed the fish options every night as the meat option tended to be only pork or veal. The hotel is excellent value for money.

The Hotel is really good. Suites and beds are very big and confortable. Very nice bathroom. The location is very good, because you are near Andorra La Vella (the main city - 5min car) and you feel inside Nature. Great views and in the middle of the valley. We've been with our pet, and they been really nice and welcome! Free parking for all guests
